Parental Consent Procedure:

If you are under 13 years old we do not allow you to upload images to Lipsmacker Lounge. Additionally we review any comments that you submit to the site prior to them going live. To remove these restrictions from your account, please follow the steps below:

1. Download the Parental Consent Form

2. Have your parent or guardian fill out the form

3. Make sure you write your username correctly!

4. Mail or fax it back to Bonne Bell at the address on the form

Once we receive the form we will remove restrictions from your account.
