  2. How To Enter: Go to www.lipsmackerlounge.com/contests.php read the Official Rules, and complete the entry form. One entry will be accepted per person per day. One entry per email address per day. No mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. More frequent entries will be disqualified. The Bonne Bell Company ("Sponsor") is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, incomplete, garbled, or incorrect entries. Entries become the property of sponsor and will not be returned. Entries shall be used only for purpose of this offer and shall not be used for any other purpose, and shall be destroyed after the prize has been delivered to the winner or to any alternate winner ultimately selected.   3. Prize Details. Five (5) winners will receive Smackers To-ki-o Treats cosmetics featuring classic Disney characters including: 4 sponge-on lip glosses, 2 fragrance sprays, 2 eye shadow duos, 2 heart-shaped cosmetic mirrors ($49 per prize / total prize value $245). No prize substitution or cash redemption allowed by winner. Prize is not transferable. All taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

  4. Selection of Winners: Winners of the prize(s) will be determined in a random drawing to be conducted the business day following the final date entries are to be received in section 2 of these Official Rules. The random drawing will be conducted by the Contest Administrator (as defined in paragraph 9 of these Official Rules), whose decisions on all matters relating to this sweepstakes are final, from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner(s) will be notified by email on the day of the drawing. If the prize winning notification email is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing. In the event of any dispute, entries will be declared made, and any prize awarded to, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. If a winner is deemed a minor in his or her state of residence, the prize will be awarded in the name of a parent or legal guardian. Winners will be required to execute an declaration of eligibility within 14 days after the prize winning notification is sent, or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected by random drawing. Prizes shall be delivered to winner(s) to the address specified in the affidavit of eligibility by United States mail. A winner may win only one prize per contest.

("DCP, Inc."), and their respective affiliates, directors, officers, and agents, including without limitation, its advertising and promotion partners, from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any prize related activities. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend part or all of this promotion should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor or Contest Administrator corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the contest. In such an event, Sponsor may award prizes in a drawing from eligible entries received prior to cancellation or suspension. Sponsor and Contest Administrator are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kinds, lost or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by any of the equipment, programming or personnel associated with or utilized in this promotion.

This offer is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia excluding RHODE ISLAND who have had Internet access prior to the first date of this promotion.
