  2. How To Enter: Read the Official Rules. Go to www.lipsmacker.com, and complete the entry form. One entry will be accepted per person. Entries shall be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the entry. More frequent entries will be disqualified. The Bonne Bell Company ("Sponsor") is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, incomplete, garbled, or incorrect entries. Entries become the property of sponsor and will not be returned. Entries shall be used only for purpose of this offer and shall not be used for any other purpose, and shall be destroyed after the prizes have been delivered to the winner or to any alternate winners ultimately selected. All entries must be received by 11:59pm Eastern Standard Time on January 31, 2010, after which time the Contest will be closed and no further entries accepted.

  3. Prize Details. A total of eight (8) prizes, each consisting of $500.00 (in U.S. dollar retail value) of Lip Smacker products as offered at www.colorandflavorshop.com, will be awarded. Prizes will be awarded as gift certificates. Winners must redeem the gift certificate with a single order of products within 30 days of receipt of the certificate. Sponsor shall pay postage and shipping charges in conjunction with delivery of products selected. No prize substitution or cash redemption allowed by winners. No cash refund for unused portion of gift certificate. Prizes are not transferable. All taxes on prizes and selected products are the sole responsibility of the winner.

  4. Selection of Winners: Winners of the prize(s) will be determined in a random drawing to be conducted at the offices of Sponsor in Westlake, Ohio on February 1, 2010. The random drawing will be conducted by the Contest Administrator (as defined in paragraph 9 of these Official Rules), whose decisions on all matters relating to this sweepstakes are final, from all eligible entries received during the time period identified in Section 2. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by telephone or by electronic mail, on the day of the drawing. If the prize winning notification is returned as undeliverable or a winner does not claim the prize within thirty (30) days the prize will be forfeited and shall be awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing. Before being declared a Winner, the selected entrants shall be required to correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by a pre-arranged telephone call or by e-mail and shall execute a Declaration and Release stating the entrant's eligibility to win the prize and compliance with these Official Rules. If a winner is deemed a minor in his or her state of residence, the prize will be awarded in the name of a parent or legal guardian. Prizes for United States winners shall be delivered to the address specified in the affidavit of eligibility by United States mail. Prizes for Canadian winners shall be awarded by Bonne Bell of Canada ULC and shall be delivered to the address specified in the Declaration of Eligibility . Sponsor shall assume responsibility for any customs charges or fees.

  5. Limitation of Liability. By accepting the prize, winner agrees to release Sponsor, its directors, employees, officers, and agents, including without limitation, its advertising and promotion partners, from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any prize related activities. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend part or all of this promotion should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor or Contest Administrator corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the contest. In such an event, Sponsor may award prizes in a drawing from eligible entries received prior to cancellation or suspension. Sponsor and Contest Administrator are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kinds, lost or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by any of the equipment, programming or personnel associated with or utilized in this promotion.

  6. Eligibility. This offer is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Canadian Provinces and Territories excluding Quebec. If you are under 13 years of age, you must obtain parental consent to participate in this offer. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Sponsor, sponsor's affiliates, representatives, agents and strategic partners, Contest Administrator, those domiciled with them, and their immediate families are not eligible. The internal laws of the state of Ohio will govern this contest as to US entrants, and the internal laws of the Province of Alberta will govern this contest as to Canadian entrants. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this contest must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States of America. By participating in this contest, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decision of the judges, warrants that she/he is eligible to participate in this Contest and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor from any loss, damage or expense arising out of or in connection with participation in this contest or the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize.
