I told my ex-best friend that she wasn't my friend, and she backed off for a while, but now she's calling me, asking me to do stuff with her again. I need help!

Did you think about forgiving her? If you just can't think about getting her back as a friend, politley say, "I'm sorry, but I really do not want you as a friend ever again."If she continues, you could either ignore or repeat the stament above. Best Wishes to you!
